On Saturday, November 18 2023, after the “Future Careers Day,” event, PAMC hosted a wonderful “Friendsgiving” buffet dinner at the school cafeteria, bringing students, parents, and administrators together.
There were various foods such as delicious turkey, a Thanksgiving classic, with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Parents also contributed to the “Friendsgiving” by bringing potluck dishes that allowed everyone to try different flavours from rich and diverse cultural backgrounds. There were more than 20 types of food! Parents had the chance to meet each other and socialize during the event. Everyone who attended was satisfied with the food, but most importantly with the atmosphere.
With the influence of the soft music that was playing in the background, everyone was in a nice and calm mood. It helped people to relax after a long day! The evening ended with our principal and PAMC members’ warm speeches. They expressed their gratitude and spoke about how happy they were to be surrounded by all these lovely people. In the end, the Friendsgiving dinner was not only an event to eat but to get together with our loved ones.
