On the 11th of February, BIS Student Council hosted BIS’s Annual Winter Ball for High School Students at “Hyatt” Regency.

The BIS Student Council recently hosted the Annual Winter Ball for High School Students on February 11th at the “Hyatt” Regency, and the event was a huge success. The student council, with the support of the school president, organized the event after months of planning, and the outcome was well worth the effort. The Winter Ball is one of the most anticipated events on the school calendar, and this year’s edition lived up to the hype.
The evening was filled with fun activities, music, and dancing. DJ Olimp played a mix of contemporary and classic songs to keep the crowd on their feet. The organizers also devised unique activities for students to enjoy in addition to dancing, making it a night to remember. The MC, Allan Akholms, was also outstanding, setting the right atmosphere for the evening.
The Winter Ball was a great opportunity for students to unwind after the frustrating mock exams, which ended just before the event. It was an unforgettable night for everyone involved, and students created memories that would last a lifetime. It was especially fulfilling for IG-2 and DP-2 students who needed a break to relax and have fun after the exams.
All the students that attended the party seemed to enjoy the event a lot, and here is the comment from MC Allan:
“I was put into a complicated situation when I found out I was gonna be the only MC at the event. And many people said that single-handedly carrying an entire event is practically impossible. But I guess we all found out that that is what I do. I do the impossible. And I never ever give up. So rest assured I don’t care if it’s just me I don’t care if it’s 2 I don’t even care if it’s 3 MCs. I will always deliver. Because I will always gain something out of nothing. I am unmatched. I am the best in the world” shared Allan about his experience of being MC on the event.

Overall, the Winter Ball was a massive success, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the student council and school president. It was a great chance for students to come together, celebrate the winter season, and have fun. Everyone is already looking forward to next year’s Winter Ball and anticipating that it will be even better than this year’s edition.
