On December 13th, BIS presented a spectacular anniversary show at the Philharmonic Hall, dedicated to the school’s birthday!

Before the show began, our students from Preschool and MYP performed dances they had prepared for their parents and the audience. Then students were also awarded for their individual accomplishments and hard work.

Then afterwards came the show. “Pirates of the Curry Bean”– a story about a set of twins: Jack and Lisa Perwinkle, who find a treasure map, encounter pirates and embark on a dangerous journey to save their mother. The show was filled with adventure. The story progressed using songs and well-choreographed dances. Our students who performed brought their energy, and emotion to their roles. Immersing the audience in the adventure. And to tie it all together, the wonderful costumes and props were created by teachers and students.
The show was led by our teachers Munara Korpotaeva, Iliya Misyurin, and Geoffrey Were.
