Fall Festival

Written by: Lydia Faye and Matilda Fossati

On November 7th, BIS celebrated fall festival. Students from all grades and teachers have unitedly showcased their creativity and involvement in their school community through their original and diverse costumes.

Fall festival is a popular event in student’s school life because of its wide range of costume options. Costumes from scary to sweet gives room for creativity and fun to happen in an autumn of monotonous school days and dreary weather.

During the day, people had fun discovering each other’s costumes, eating halloween themed cookies from the cafeteria, and using some of their time during the breaks taking pictures in front of the fall festival decorations set up by the school.

Going to our usual classes but with numerous people dressed up in different costumes added some fun and entertainment, especially when you have the opportunity to get surprised with your classmates’ inventiveness and have yourself too to do so!The event was well-appreciated by the school community, and we all look forward to it staying as popular and celebrated for next year’s fall festival!
